Program Overview

The Psychology Life Centre Internship Program is designed to provide students and graduates with practical exposure, supervised training, and hands-on experience in the field of psychology and mental health care. This program helps bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world clinical practice.

Eligibility

The internship is open to candidates meeting any of the following criteria:

  • Psychology students (BA / BSc / MA / MSc Psychology)
  • Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology students
  • Fresh graduates seeking clinical exposure
  • Students requiring mandatory internship hours
  • Individuals interested in mental health and counseling services

Internship Duration

Tailored schedules designed to accommodate academic commitments:

Minimum Duration 1 Month
Extended Internships 3 – 6 Months
Flexible Schedules Full-time / Part-time

Supervised live session observations with explicit clinical consent.

Child, Adolescent, & Adult Mental Health

Understanding developmental stages and age-tailored therapeutic interventions.

Stress, Anxiety, & Depression Management

Cognitive re-framing protocols, mood tracking, and coping toolkits.

Behavioral Therapy Techniques

Modifying maladaptive habits through reinforcement and systematic desensitization.
